Какое селфи брать
Смаз прощает многое, лицо нет. Поэтому исходник важнее всего.
- Лицо анфас или вполоборота, резкое, без очков.
- Ровный дневной свет, без фильтров.
- Плечи в кадре, так нейросети проще достроить позу.
Подойдёт нейросеть, которая принимает фото и держит лицо, например ChatGPT или Gemini. Загружай своё фото или фото человека с его согласия.
